Bedtime Stories

As a part of the launch for the Home Entertainment release of Bedtime Stories, Ultra put a spin on the time-honored tradition of reading bedtime stories to kids. The goal was to create buzz for this release while at the same time supporting the literacy charity, First Book. Celebrating the fantastical themes of the movie, a portion of a child’s bedroom was made to “land” at Hollywood and Highland, and provided the setting for the “Bedtime Stories Celebrity Reading Relay Race.” Comic book legend Stan Lee and the young stars of Bedtime Stories Jonathan Morgan Heit and Laura Ann Kesling, along with many more were on hand to take turns reading classic stories to excited kids in the audience. The response was fantastic, great press was achieved for the film, and best of all, approximately 1,200 books were donated by Walt Disney Studios to First Book in honor of Bedtime Stories!
