Furious 7

Taking part in the high-octane Fast and Furious franchise, Ultra Productions produced a thrilling, 80 foot long custom racetrack for international and domestic press to interact with, in just one week’s time! Quite a feat if we do say so ourselves! This custom track, built for professional grade remote control cars, featured some of the film’s key locales, for an exciting recreation of its most exhilarating action sequences! The drop from the C-130 and the jump from the Abu Dhabi towers were a couple of key scenes recreated for this installation.

Press and the film’s talent (Ludacris took to his Instagram and posted his race!) came on down to race for bragging rights! The RC cars (custom built and painted replicas of Diesel and Walker’s cars from the movie) were outfitted with GoPro cameras to get an awesome POV angle of the race as they sped along the track, jumped from one building to another, and skidded to a stop beneath the Hollywood sign at the end of the race! That footage, along with a wide-angle shot of their race was uploaded onto flash drives and given to guests as a tool to augment their edited publicity pieces and document their participation in this uniquely Fast and Furious style stunt!
